Find a perfect shampoo

As mentioned before, different hair needs different care, so don’t go with any shampoo you find in the market. First of all, know your hair. For Instance, if your hair is frizzy then go for conditioner and if they are smooth already, then go for strengthening shampoo. Moreover, you must oil your hair at least twice a week. Men or women, oiling is as important as shampooing.

If you are drying hair on regular basis then you are making a mistake. Even the costliest hair dryer damages your hair in a certain way. Doing it twice or thrice a week is completely okay though. Healthy Diet

Proteins like Keratin and Melanin present in your hair play a vital role in nurturing your hair. A healthy diet helps in increasing the volume of these two pigments. For instance, Copper intake is a must for melanin that is present in Cashews, chickpeas, liver and oysters. In a balanced diet, you can also take cereal, meat and fish that contain up to 50 per cent of required copper. In the case of keratin, Keratin treatment is done chemically in a salon.

  • Do conditioning and shampooing twice a week if your hair is frizzy, and also apply hot oil two hours before shampooing.
  • In case of smooth hair, apply strengthening shampoo thrice a week, and almond oil, almost every day.
  • Dry hair needs shampoo plus conditioning plus hair pack, thrice a week. And also hot oil chumpy three hours before shampoo.
