1. High Heels/Stilettos 

High heels are known to cause joint pain, osteoarthritis, back problems and it could also increase the risk of nerve damage. Most of us owns more than one pair of high heels in our wardrobe without knowing the damage it could do to our body. While they are best avoided, if you can’t do without them, go for kitten heels or block heels instead.

2. Body Shapers

It surely improves and enhances the curves but it is known it increase the issues like acid reflux. Fashion item like body shaper can lead to shortness or breath as well. All the squeezing of the body tends to occur muscle pain. Instead of this, one can even go for cycling shorts to lower the risks.

3. Skinny Jeans 

Skinny jeans, one of the most preferred item these days because as the name suggests it makes you look slimmer and curvier. But, it can cause some major damage to the blood circulation in body. Even on the other hand, the tightening of muscles can lead to muscle pain, joint pain and even severe damage to legs, hips and waist. Instead of this, you can go for a tailored jeans it would give your body perfect space to relax and breathe.

4. Pencil Skirts

Pencil skirts can make normal walk a task for you. It can even risk malformation of the knees and put strain on the muscles as they clamp the legs. Wearing these skirts can also lead to chaffing of the thighs. Even it can cause disc problems and bending is not possible wearing these. Fashion or health? Choose wisely.

5. Heavy Jewellery 

Heavy jewellery can lead to postural deformities. Wearing heavy earrings can lead to expanding of the earlobe and stretching can also cause heavy damage to the ear. Similarly, heavy neck pieces can make it difficult to continue the normal posture and even lead to a lot of pressure on the neck as well as body.
You can easily opt much lighter statement pieces which are even in trend these days.

6. Flip Flops 

Flip flops do not give the proper support your feet need to walk comfortably. Moreover, the straps can cause itching and lead to marks on your feet, marring their beauty. Flats can cause backache as your feet hits the ground with a thud.

90s was a decade of the best pop music, Tv series, movies and undoubtedly the fashion statements that left a huge impact on us that we continue to recreate them till today.

Even if you don’t relate to the the 90s, there’s a nostalgic haze that it brings with it.
